I was in the mood for kielbasa and in need for something inexpensive to graze on over the weekend. When I saw Eckrich kielbasa on sale for buy 1, get 1 free, it seemed like an omen.
A quick trip to Google from my Samsung S3 provided the recipe below. Very simple, very cheap, and also very tasty. Only thing I did different was to drizzle Ken’s Steakhouse Honey Mustard over the top. Although listed as a “side-dish” this bachelor enjoyed it as dinner. More than one dinner and all at cost of about $6.
