So I picked up these trays at Wal-Mart. I hate Wal-Mart, but was there and these intrigued me.
The best part is they have lids, so you can microwave bacon without drenching the microwave with grease.
And results are pretty delicious!

Eating a low carb. high protein diet can be challenging, but a little creativity can go a long way. Here is what was left from my delicious Chicken Parmesan “Sandwich”.
The trick was to get the large sandwich so there was enough food to fill me up without eating the bread. The delicious, fresh-baked, bread….
After 2 months and 20 pounds on this abysmal diet I decided to reward myself with an epic cheat meal. this bacon swiss burger with a fried egg on top fit the bill just perfectly.
And I washed it down with a delicious Dirty Vodka Martini (or two).
A staple of my high protein/low carb diet have been omelets. Luckily I am fairly capable of frying up a serviceable 3 egg omelet with any combination of ingredients.
