Great Lakes Smoked Meats makes some delicious products, but this is like nothing I’ve ever seen before.  Cheese, yes, but cheese AND bacon?  I simply had to try this!

Though I can’t report a strong bacon flavor, I can say that these are well worth trying.  Eaten free of any condiment and thoroughly enjoyed.  Extremely flavorful and heavily laden with cheddar.
